Correcting an error in a name or updating a legally changed name
If you need to correct an error in a name you provided, or if one of the passengers’ names has legally changed since the booking (for example, by marriage, divorce or similar), we won’t charge you any fees. As your travel agent we will act as your intermediary, and try to act fast to liaise with the train provider on your behalf, where possible. If we consider that it’s better that you contact the train provider directly, we’ll recommend you to do so.
Please let us know of any changes you need as soon as possible to allow enough time before your trip. This is especially relevant when the train provider will not accept the ticket if the name on the ticket doesn’t match the ID presented on the train.
Be aware that the final decision will depend on the train provider as some travel companies have internal policies that might block this type of request.
If you want to request a name correction, please contact us via chat.
Transferring train tickets to another passenger
If you want to transfer your ticket to a different person, please contact the train provider directly. Most train providers do not allow you to transfer a ticket from one person to another, although some of them may allow it for a fee.
