Prior to the start of your trip, you’ll be able to cancel your Travel Package online in the Manage my Booking, however it won’t necessarily lead to a refund.
The amount to be refunded depends on the fare conditions of your booking and service(s) contracted. Depending on the fares and conditions of the train provider and hotel, you may be entitled to a full, partial or no refund.
Some train providers and hotels may also apply a cancellation fee, and there are always elements of a booking that are non-refundable. Depending on the services purchased our eDreams fees may apply, for more information please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
How do I cancel my Travel Package booking?
Go to Manage my Booking to request the cancellation of your Travel Package. Online support allows us to assist our customers around the globe 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You’ll be able to easily follow the status and progress of your cancellation request in the App.
If you’re interested in cancelling part of your Travel Package, ie. your train ticket or hotel booking only, or one or more but not all the passengers, you can get in touch with our Customer Service via phone.
