You’ll receive your train ticket as an attachment in your email confirmation from us or directly from the train provider. This email is sent to the address you introduced during booking.
If your train ticket isn’t attached to our email and you can’t find an email from the train provider in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If it can’t be found in any of these folders, you can contact the train provider directly. To help them locate your booking, please have your booking reference number ready, which you can find in MyTrips.
In addition to that, your train ticket can be accessed via MyTrips in our app and website.
How do I get my IRYO ticket?
You'll need to download your ticket from iryo.eu before you travel.
Here are the steps:
- Visit the IRYO website and select Manage your booking
- Enter the traveller or trip details. You'll find your IRYO Locator in your confirmation email
- Download your ticket
Important travel information: Any updates at the station will reference the train number. You’ll find the train number on your ticket.
