What is the Prime Referral program?
It is an incentive program through which you, as a Prime Member, can encourage your friends/family to become a Prime member. So, they become Prime Plus Member and enjoy great discounts and much more on their travels. ”Referrer” (here in after) is the prime member that refers to someone else. “Referred” (here in after) is the person that is referred by the Referrer to join the Prime.
The Referrer participates in the referral program by sharing the unique personal link (‘’referral link’’) provided by eDreams to be sent up to a maximum of 10 different referred people. The Referred, by clicking on the referral link, will need to fill in the requested information as per our instructions and become a Prime member.
Both Referred and Referrer will be rewarded in this program with 60 €.
FOR REFERRER:
As a Referrer, what are the conditions to join the program and get my rewards?
Any current Prime member can benefit from the Referral program.
You will only be rewarded for the Referred person(s) that become(s) a paid prime member(s) after the 15-days-free trial period by paying the annual subscription fee.
You will not be rewarded if your referred person(s) cancels the subscription within the free time period, or if the subscription has been suspended for not using it at the end of the free time period.
Who and how many people can I refer to the Referral Program, as a Referrer?
The Referral Program is solely intended for personal and non-commercial purposes and the referral link shall only be sent to personal contacts up to a maximum of 10 different referrals.
How can I refer Prime to someone?
- Go to MyPrime Area
- Click on the Referral widget (Invite button)
- Share your unique link via different sharing options
How will I receive my rewards?
As soon as your Referred becomes a paid member, we will immediately send you an email with your travel credits (worth 60 €) and you will also see it in your MyPrime area in your Prime wallet.
Your travel credits will expire in 15 days unless they are not used. You can use them for any booking worth more than 60 € and as long as you are a Prime member.
How will I know if my referred friend/family member becomes a paid Prime Member and I can get my reward?
We will send you an email after the Free Trial Period of your Referred if they become a Paid Prime Member, and you will find your travel credits in this email, as well as in your Wallet of your MyPrime Area

As a Referred, what are the conditions to join the Referral program
To meet the conditions of a Referred person, you must:
- … not currently be subscribed to Prime
- … not have experienced a Free Trial period ever in the past
- …not already be signed up as Referred just a while ago by some other Referrer
As a Referred, what are the conditions to get my rewards?
There is no further condition to receive the reward as long as you open your Prime account and start your Free Trial Period of 15 days.
As a Referred, what do I have to do to become a Prime member?
- You will receive an invite message via email, whatsapp, messenger etc from your Referrer.
- You must click on the unique invitation link.
- Upon clicking the link, you will land on a special page for the Referred.
- You just have to enter your personal information.
- Then, you will be redirected to the confirmation page.
As a Referred, how can I log-in to my Prime account?
You will receive an email after signing up and you can log in by clicking on the link in this email. Alternatively and more conveniently, you can also download the prime app and login as a Prime member.
How will I receive my rewards, as a Referred?
You will receive a “Welcome to Prime” e-mail in the following few hours after becoming a Prime member. In this email, you will also receive your travel credit code (also in the Prime Wallet of your MyPrime Area).
When can I use my reward, as a Referred?
We will introduce your reward into your Wallet in MyPrime Area 48 hours after you sign up to Prime. Then, you can use it at any booking worth more than 60 €.
Your travel credits will expire in 15 days unless they are used.

Can I spend my reward on any reservation?
The use of the travel credit for both the Referrer and the Referred is subject to the conditions as described hereinafter:
- The travel credit can be used for a future booking and shall be valid for 15 days from the date of issuance.
- It shall be used on the website where it was issued.
- The travel credit only applies to a flight or flight+hotel booking and is not applicable to multi-city booking options nor to other products or services not expressly indicated.
- It can be used by inserting the relevant code in the payment page. The travel credit will be automatically deducted from the booking price that should not be less than the value of the travel credit (excluding any management fees and other ancillary services, etc).
- The travel credit cannot be cumulative with other travel credits and/or combined with other offers except Prime discounts.
- Improper use of the travel credit is strictly prohibited and may constitute fraud.
- The travel credit cannot apply retrospectively to existing bookings and it is not redeemable for cash.
What happens to my travel credits if I book a flight and miss/forget using them?
The travel credits are yours, and you can use them in a future booking as long as you are still a Prime member and within your first 15 days of earning them.
