How do I use my refund voucher?
To use your voucher, you’ll need to download our app if you haven’t already.
When you’re ready to book, follow these steps:
- Open the app and log in to your account
- Search for and select your trip
- Tick the Promo code box on the payment page
- Enter the code found in your Wallet
You can check your voucher anytime in your Wallet in the app.
When will my voucher expire?
Your voucher is valid for 18 months from the date you receive it.
You can check the expiration date in the email we sent to you, or in your Wallet in the app.
How much is my voucher worth?
Your voucher amount is specified in the email we sent you.
You can also check the amount in your Wallet in the app.
What if my voucher is less than the total price of a booking?
You will have to pay the difference with a card or other accepted payment method.
What if my voucher is more than the total price of a booking?
We'll send you a new voucher for the remaining amount.
This new voucher will appear in your Wallet and will be valid for another 18 months.
What can I do if my voucher doesn't work?
Check that you’ve met all the requirements laid out in the voucher terms and conditions.
You can find these terms and conditions in the email we sent you.
Keep in mind that your voucher is single-use only, and cannot be combined with other credits, vouchers, or promo codes.
Can I use a voucher to book my train ticket?
No, currently we are unable to accept any vouchers for the purchase of train tickets.
